Tony Riddle
Also known as The Natural Lifestylist, Tony Riddle is a natural lifestyle coach, father, husband, motivational speaker, best-selling author of ‘Be More Human’ and record-breaking ultra endurance athlete.
Drawing upon ancient wisdom and blending it with modern science, Tony offers practical tools and techniques to integrate his coaching practices into every aspect of life.
Tony successfully leads retreats in across the world, including his flagship annual retreat, ‘The 100 Human Experience’ which incorporates breath-work, mindful movement, primal play, voice awakening, ecstatic dance, ice baths, fire and drumming ceremonies and high vibrational healing cacao ceremonies, to allow guests to connect with their innate, wild nature, to build resilience and the strength of mind to welcome in the wild, connected and empowered version of you and boost your life force.

3:00 PM | Arrival & Check-In | Settle in, explore the land, enjoy the spa, and begin to slow down.
6:30 PM | Opening Circle | Gather in community and intention. Meet your guides. Ground in breath.
7:00 PM | Communal Dinner | A nourishing meal to welcome you into the weekend.
8:00 PM | Voice Awakening and Conscious Connected Breath | Enter the sacred space of the Temple and through a mixture of meditative sound practices, expressive voice play and song, we will incorporate awareness of breath, body and mindstuff, whilst exploring our connection to ourselves and others. Absolutely no prior experience necessary!

6:30 AM - 7:30 AM | Morning Hours | Personal time in the cottage or in the lodge. Time to journal or meditate.
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM | Light Nourishment / Fasting Window | Guests are invited to fast in preparation for the sweat lodge ceremony. For those who prefer to eat, a selection of light, grounding nourishment will be available to support yo morning.
8:30 AM - 1PM | Sweat Lodge Ceremony | A powerful purification ritual. Harness the transformative energy of fire and steam to cleanse body, mind, and spirit.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM | Lunch
3 PM | Optional Hike | Trek through The Thyme's deep forest to a majestic ridge top, at the edge of the Appalachian Trail (~2.5 miles / ~600ft elevation)
5PM Rest | Ground, replenish and share in the energy of renewal.
7 PM | Dinner
8:00 PM | Fire Ceremony & Immersive Sound Experience | We will experience and explore through a mixture of fire, breath, dance, song, drumming practice, and intention setting.
