The Wild Rest

May 8-10 • Women’s Retreat

Pause the world. Rest in nature. Restore your senses.

This Mother’s Day, instead of another brunch reservation, give the gift of rest.

The Wild Rest is a three-day retreat for women who hold it all together — the planners, the caregivers, the leaders, the organizers, the ones everyone else depends on. This year, invite a woman in your life who could use some deep rest and nurturing.

You’re invited to:

Take a true pause from technology

Indulge in uninterrupted quiet

Move your body in ways that feel nourishing

Sleep in late without guilt

Explore your creativity

Sweat, get dirty, and reconnect with nature

Or do absolutely nothing at all but curl up with a book

No schedules to manage.

No one asking what’s for dinner.

No one needing anything from you.

Just space to breathe.

Who is this for?

If you’ve never taken a slow vacation…

If your calendar is always full…

If you reach for your phone before your feet hit the floor…

If you are the emotional anchor in your family, the planner in your relationship, the boss of your team…

If you are starting to feel like you’re running on fumes…

This retreat is for you.

Whether you are a mother to children, a mother to a business, a community, a dream — or simply a woman who nurtures everyone around her — you deserve to be nurtured, too. Bring a friend, sister, mother or grandmother - all are welcome!

This Mother’s Day, choose rest.
