Beginning March 20th, Weekly Yoga classes will be held at The Thyme every Friday at 9am. Classes are dynamic in their variety and acceptable for all levels. Held in The Nest at The Thyme, flows vary from high energy to gentle strengthening and lengthening, depending on students’ requests: each practice is based on being truly present with the body. With precise alignment cues for improved form, deep poses, breathing cues to encourage calming the nervous system and a friendly and warm environment with a beautiful playlist, the goal of the practice is to feel present, strong, centered and peaceful.

Caroline has taught yoga in Los Angeles, New York, Connecticut, the Berkshires, China, Tanzania, India, and Mexico, in studios, prep schools, Michelin spas, colleges, and has been a guest teacher at Kripalu. As a graduate of Vassar College and a plethora of dance and drama schools with focuses on performance and movement, Caroline is an actor as well as a multi-certified yoga, meditation, yoga-dance, and pilates teacher. Caroline trained under various teachers including Shive Rea, Jasmine Tarkeshi, Eric Schiffman, Sean Corne, Hala Khouri, and Dana Flynn. She is currently getting her certification to become a nutritionist while also completing her third 200-hour yoga teacher training in San Francisco.

Voted Connecticut Magazine’s Best of CT, Litchfield Magazine’s Reader’s Choice Best Kept Secret and Best Teacher for the last six years, Natural Nutmeg’s 10BEST Award, and Rural Intelligence’s Best Yoga and Best Personal Trainer in the region. Ms. Kinsolving started Yoga for Good and Theatre for Good and her classes and performances have raised over $167,000 for various charities. All proceeds are paid forward to good causes.
