Roots & Remedies
February 27th-29th 2026
Roots & Remedies is an immersive retreat rooted in the ancient relationship between people, plants, and place. Guided by the quiet intelligence of the land, this gathering invites participants into a living conversation where nourishment, healing, and ritual unfold through touch, scent, and season.
Over the course of the retreat, we move slowly and intentionally, learning to listen to plants as teachers and collaborators. Through hands-on medicine making, ceremonial practice, and shared meals, we explore how everyday acts, harvesting, simmering, tending, become pathways back to earth wisdom and embodied care.
Roots speaks to lineage, grounding, and the remembering of ancestral knowledge carried through soil and seed. Remedies honors both the practical and the subtle: herbal preparations crafted with skill and intuition, rituals that restore balance, and ways of caring that extend beyond the self.
This retreat is a space for cultivating beauty, reverence, and resilience—where the garden becomes an altar, the kitchen a laboratory of alchemy, and nourishment a shared, sacred act. Participants leave with both tangible creations and an enriched relationship to the natural world, carrying these practices home as living rituals woven into daily life.
