As early summer settles over the Berkshires and the land moves into warmth, color, and quiet abundance, Resonance returns to The Thyme for a gathering rooted in expansion, vitality, and embodied presence. From June 5–7, we come together for a weekend shaped by breath, elemental contrast, and sound — an invitation to listen deeply to the season at its peak and to the aliveness stirring within.
Guided by Becca Jacobs and the team at The Thyme, the weekend weaves together breathwork, ceremonial heat, cold immersion in the surrounding landscape, time on the land, and evening sound experiences within The Thyme’s immersive audiovisual environment. Each offering is intentionally sequenced to support clarity, softness, and deeper presence, including a live musical sound journey designed for reflection, release, and renewed connection.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll move through elemental chapters inspired by summer’s fullness: grounding into earth, opening through breath and air, awakening vitality through cold water and movement, and gathering around fire and sound to integrate and restore. Each moment is held with care, allowing space for inner listening and shared resonance.
This early summer edition of Resonance is an invitation into expansion — into creativity in motion, trust embodied, and alignment with your natural rhythm. As the season reaches toward light and expression, so too do we.

Becca Jacobs
Becca Jacobs is a Othership Mentor Guide, yoga and somatic movement facilitator, and the Founder of Feel Trip—a movement method rooted in music, somatics, yoga, and the freedom to feel. With a 500-hour yoga teacher certification, 300 hours of Othership facilitation training, and additional training in breathwork and meditation, she brings a grounded yet playful presence to every space she holds. Her journey began on the ice as a national-level figure skater, where she first fell in love with the way movement and music could speak without words. That early connection to rhythm deepened through years of personal practice, live music, and guiding immersive experiences. With 6+ years of facilitation, teaching, and event design under her belt, Becca is most at home guiding people back to themselves—through rhythm, release, nature, and a whole lot of heart.

Tim Walsh
Tim Walsh is an outdoor educator and instructor trainer who specializes in guiding people through the internal and external wilderness. He offers curated, customized experiences and rites of passage for those seeking purpose and spiritual development. Tim advises and develops experiential education models, adventure therapy initiatives, and mental health awareness programs for schools, youth programs, treatment centers, holistic retreats, and national conferences.
Tim is the Founder and CEO of Adventure Recovery, and lead author and trainer for Adventure Recovery’s accredited professional Guide development and Recovery Coach curriculums. He has earned advanced credentials in wilderness medicine, swift water rescue, whitewater paddling and multiple outdoor skills disciplines.
Tim studies and is trained in various wisdom traditions, healing rites, and practical tools from elders and practitioners from both Western and Eastern disciplines. With reverence and respect for ceremony and ritual, Tim crafts a tailored approach to the personal transformative process, creating healing experiences for individuals of all ages.

Within the Temple, we open the container in ceremony. With world-class Hi-Fi speakers resonating through the space and visual art guiding the atmosphere, we ground through breath, call in intention, and mark the beginning of our collective journey.

Ease into the day with fresh coffee, herbal teas, and light seasonal fruit /snacks before programming begins. Settle into the cottage or the warmth of the lodge for quiet moments of journaling, meditation, or simple stillness.
7:30 AM | Light Nourishment / Fasting Window
Guests are invited to fast in preparation for the sweat lodge ceremony. For those who prefer to eat, a selection of light, grounding nourishment will be available to support your morning.Fasting before the lodge helps deepen the experience by allowing the body to move energy more freely, enhancing clarity, focus, and the physical cleansing process.

Arrivals begin at 3pm Friday and ends at 3pm Sunday. We request that everyone starts and ends the experience together. This begins with our dinner at 7 pm on Friday, followed by Feel Trip Breathwork and an opening circle.

We are offering 1 all-inclusive price, which covers all accommodations, meals & snacks, programming throughout the weekend, and state/local tax. See “what’s included in the price?” in this FAQs section.
You will be sharing a room with 1 other person, and be guaranteed a queen bed or bigger, as well as a private bathroom.
Should you wish to turn your room into a 3 or 4 person room, it is possible to add floor mattresses to the room. There would be a reduce per person rate depending on how many people are in the room (we would refund you part of your booking if this becomes the case). This price is TBD. If this is of interest, please indicate this on the Join Us form below and we will try to accommodate.
