April 10–12

Resonance returns to The Thyme for a spring gathering rooted in renewal, emergence, and gentle awakening. From April 10–12, we come together in the Berkshires for a weekend shaped by breath, elemental contrast, and sound — an invitation to listen closely as the season turns and something new stirs within.

Spring carries a different tempo. This retreat is designed to meet that energy, offering space to shed what has grown heavy, nourish what is ready to grow, and reconnect to the natural rhythm unfolding around you. Whether this is your first Resonance or a return to familiar ground, no prior experience is needed. Only openness, curiosity, and a willingness to arrive as you are.

Guided by Becca Jacobs and the team at The Thyme, the weekend weaves together guided breathwork, ceremonial heat practices, cold immersion in the surrounding landscape, time on the land, and evening sound experiences held within The Thyme’s immersive audio visual environment. Each offering is intentionally sequenced to work with contrast and integration, helping you soften, open, and reorient toward clarity and aliveness.

The retreat features a live musical sound journey led by Garth Stevenson, double bassist, film composer, and nature-inspired musician known for his work on the A24 documentary Val and his solo albums Flying and Voyage. Playing a 160-year-old double bass, Garth creates immersive sonic landscapes designed to carry participants through deep states of reflection, release, and renewal.

Throughout the weekend, you will move through elemental chapters inspired by spring’s unfolding: grounding into the thawing earth, opening the lungs and heart through breath and air, awakening vitality through cold and movement, and gathering around fire and sound to integrate and reflect. Each moment is held with care, allowing space for both inner listening and communal resonance.

This spring edition of Resonance is an invitation into emergence — into creativity reawakening, trust returning, and alignment with your own natural timing. As the land comes back to life, so too do we.

“A hidden gem! I spent a beautiful weekend retreat curated by a caring team that lead a guided breathwork, sweat lodge with hot stones, sauna, cold plunge in the pond, yoga, astrology and delicious meals among a wonderful group of guests. The immersive music concert by Nakaloka was so unique and deeply emotional! The weekend reminded me to be present in mind and soul and that mother nature has amazing powers to heal and bring inner joy and peace. Thank you all for creating this safe home away from home. I can’t wait to be back!!”
