Kano Mai is a visionary leader at the intersection of ancient healing traditions, transformational coaching, music, and embodiment. A shamanic practitioner, professional musician, and embodiment facilitator, Kano brings a rare depth and integrity to the work of personal and collective transformation.

He is the founder of Earth Connection Community—a living, breathing spiritual movement devoted to restoring sacred relationship with self, community, and the seen and unseen forces of the natural and spiritual worlds. Through ceremony, song, and shared practice, Earth Connection Community creates spaces where people remember who they are and why they came.

Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Kano hosts immersive retreats with his partner, curating containers that are at once reverent, playful, and radically alive. His offerings are deeply influenced by over a decade of study with Shipibo healers in the Peruvian Amazon, where he apprenticed in the ancient ways of plant medicine and sacred song. His music—woven with Icaros, prayer, and raw emotional honesty—has become a channel for healing, not only for himself but for those he serves.

Kano’s path was carved through the crucible of addiction and the long road of recovery. From rock bottom to ritual, his journey has been one of reclaiming his voice, his soul, and his sacred responsibility to serve. He doesn’t just talk about transformation—he embodies it.

“Walking the healing path is one of the most courageous decisions a person can make,” he shares. “Mine began in the darkest places, but through ceremony, deep mentorship, and the grace of spirit, I found my way home. Now, my work is helping others remember their own light and power.”

Through coaching, ceremony, embodiment practices, and music, Kano’s mission is to support the awakening of others—to guide them back to their wholeness, their wildness, and their rightful place in the larger web of life.

Becca Jacobs is a Othership Mentor Guide, yoga and somatic movement facilitator, and the Founder of Feel Trip—a movement method rooted in music, somatics, yoga, and the freedom to feel. With a 500-hour yoga teacher certification, 300 hours of Othership facilitation training, and additional training in breathwork and meditation, she brings a grounded yet playful presence to every space she holds. Her journey began on the ice as a national-level figure skater, where she first fell in love with the way movement and music could speak without words. That early connection to rhythm deepened through years of personal practice, live music, and guiding immersive experiences. With 6+ years of facilitation, teaching, and event design under her belt, Becca is most at home guiding people back to themselves—through rhythm, release, nature, and a whole lot of heart.
