The Thyme presents
in pursuit of mastery
july 9 • 12
There’s a version of your work you haven’t fully accessed yet.
You can taste it and you know it’s there. But somewhere between what you’re capable of and what you’re actually producing, something tightens.
You edit yourself, manage how you’re perceived. You hold back just enough that the work is good, but it’s not fully yours.
The pursuit of mastery isn’t primarily a skill problem. It’s about your capacity to pour your soul into your thing without editing.
To stop managing the distance between yourself and the work, and just be fully in it, live it.
The artists, founders, and builders who do their best work aren’t necessarily the ones who try harder; they’re the ones who stop holding back.
This summer Flynn and Kevin are hosting a small weekend retreat for a handful of people who are ready for that.
Not a workshop or a course, more like a container for the internal experience of what it actually takes to bring your whole self into the work you know matters.
We’ll go into what holds you back from full commitment, what transformation actually feels like from the inside, and how to show up more completely
not just when it’s easy, but when the stakes feel highest.
