The Thyme presents

in pursuit of mastery

july 9 • 12

True mastery is not pursued in isolation, but within spaces where we feel safe enough to be seen, challenged, and to grow

There’s a version of your work that hasn’t fully come through yet.

You can feel it. You’ve tasted parts of it and you know it’s there. But somewhere between what you’re capable of and what you’re actually creating, something contracts.

You hold back. You edit yourself. You manage how you’re perceived. Just enough that the work becomes good, but not fully yours.

The pursuit of mastery isn’t only about skill. It’s about your capacity to bring your whole self into the thing you love without holding back.

To stop creating distance between yourself and the work, and instead fully step into it, live it, and trust what wants to come through.

The artists, creatives, and people doing meaningful work aren’t necessarily the ones pushing the hardest. Often they’re the ones who stop resisting and stop keeping parts of themselves hidden.

This summer, Flynn and Kevin are opening a small weekend retreat for a handful of people who feel ready for that next step.

Not a workshop and not a course, but a contained space for honest conversation, reflection, and the deeper inner work that allows you to meet your craft more fully.

Together we’ll explore what keeps you from full commitment, what it means to move beyond limitation, and how to show up more completely —

not only when things feel easy, but especially when what matters most is asking more of you.
