GOSPËL X THE THYME

June 13-15 • Natural Connection

This weekend is not created as just a retreat to attend.

It is created as a way to come home—to yourself, to each other, to a way of living that feels more human, more natural.

We're not here to give you a schedule to follow. We're here to offer you a rhythm to feel and explore, this weekend offers a variety of activations & experiences facilitated by; Florencia Fridman, Sara Loiza, Jeffrey Conners, Farruh Belik, Lloyd Leary and Kevin de Roos.

We will provide a few open invitations to guide the days — nourishing food, shared circles, moments of silence, and little vortexes to dive into, but everything else is up to the pace of your own rhythm.

Sometimes messy, often quiet, always honest, with yourself and your inner voice.

We invite you to witness what it's like to live more grounded, open-hearted, attuned to the land and to each other, with each other. Not just when things are easy, but especially when they're not.

And perhaps, in the simplicity of this weekend, you'll find something waiting— a part of you that's been whispering all along, come home.

The Experience

  • Blessing the Land

As we step onto this radiant earth, we begin with acknowledgment. Honoring her story and spirit, we offer a personal gift—a symbolic gesture of gratitude, sealing our presence with intention.

  • we will guide you through a cacao ceremony incorporating sacred prayers and conscious breath work to fully arrive into the heart space.

  • At the Thyme, we embrace the spirit of purification through our fire-and-water ritual: a traditional Sweat Lodge ceremony, followed by a bracing dip in the mountain-springwaters of Sage’sRavine, allowing you to shed the old and step into the new, cleansed and renewed in body and mind.

  • Often we tend to need a reminder of where our bodies store the chemicals that feel like blockages, stiffness and sometimes inflammation. We will lead our bodies into more flexibility while the distractions of the eye have nothing to grasp, in a blindfolded movement class.

  • Sara & Jeff will create a special intimate concert in our cottage next to the river sharing medicines songs.
